Are your products handmade?
Yes. Every Marockennerie piece is cut, stitched, and finished by hand in our Marrakech atelier using full-grain vegetable-tanned leather.
Do you ship internationally?
We offer complimentary shipping within Morocco. International delivery is available on request — contact us for a quote.
How do I care for leather goods?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Wipe with a dry cloth after use and condition every 2–3 months with a neutral leather balm.
Can I order custom or B2B pieces?
Yes. We work with hotels, restaurants, and corporate clients on bespoke leather goods. Visit our B2B page or contact us directly.
What is your return policy?
